Aloha, my name is Jason Murray. I have been taking nature photographs for over 20 years. It all started with my passion for finding and photographing reptiles and amphibians. In 2000 I set out from my home in Ontario, Canada for the jungles of Costa Rica to photograph the wildlife of the Osa Peninsula; where I met my awesome wife Rachel. We spent many years working with sea turtles and setting up a conservation and education program in the community where we released over 47,000 baby turtles over 5 years. Our love and passion for marine life brought us to the Big island of Hawaii in 2013. Together with our daughter we are living in paradise; snorkeling many times a week as a family and sharing our experiences with friends and family. We are an environmentally minded family and love to help spread the word of conservation wherever we can.
